This bespoke go-kart helmet was commissioned by a Cairns mother for her son, Byron a passionate young go-kart racer! Custom painted by Jamie Cole, a contemporary artist based in Cairns, FNQ.

Designed as a one-of-a-kind piece, the helmet features bold colour, graphic characters and pop-inspired symbols. Drawn from Jamie’s Welcome to Paradise painting series and created to be seen in motion. The artwork wraps around the helmet so new details appear as it moves – making it as dynamic as the sport itself.

Unlike mass-produced designs, this is a fully bespoke art commission. Every element was hand-painted specifically for Byron, resulting in a wearable artwork that reflects personality, speed and individuality.
